First week in Zagreb! - Lisa

Hey, it’s been one week since my arrival in Zagreb! I’m starting to take my marks in the city and in the project! Since then, I brought creatives activities to the students. Firstly, I did a presentation of Paris, my life and my interests, to the teacher and the youngest. Then, I proposed workshop around Easter and we created little bunnies full of chocolates, that the students really enjoyed. I find ways to communicate with all of them, through the barrier of language. I also went to the primary school to visit the kids, and discovers the place, after doing activities around pottery with the eldest students. On my free time, I took a vacation to Pula with other volunteers and I fell in love with the city and the sea. I tried some local food like strukli and I’m visiting more of Zagreb everyday. I’m excited to share more and more ideas of workshop with the students, and to learn everything about the city of Zagreb.
