Chandeleur (Candle mas), celebrated on February 2nd, is a cherished tradition in France centered around crêpe making.

Monday the 5th of February, with pastry students we made crêpes under the guidance of the pastry teacher. We made the crêpes with one of the easiest recipe : eggs, sugar, salt, floor, milk and oil, nothing too complicated ! All students participate in making the crêpes, mixing ingredients, flipping them on the pan…

I have the chance to discover in exchange the Croatian culture by tasting the Croatian chocolate spread ; Lino Lada.
