Mar’s first experience

I have already spent two weeks living an incredible experience as part of the “Unstoppable 2025” project, collaborating at the Slave Raškaj Center. From the very first day, I’ve felt a strong connection with the place, with the kids, and with the team that works there with such dedication and care.

During this time, I have taken part in several activities that combine creativity, learning, and fun. We have done art and craft workshops and painting sessions, where each child can express themselves in their own way and show their unique talent. We also had a cooking workshop with the school’s chef, an experience that allowed us to learn and enjoy together. Another activity I really enjoyed was gardening, as we planted a small garden with winter vegetables. I also had the opportunity to do a presentation about my country, which allowed us to share a dialogue about culture and traditions. 

These two weeks have taught me much more than I ever imagined. Every day I learn something new from the people I work with and from the kids, who always welcome me with a smile and contagious energy.
